9 Hole Ladies
Yvonne Hoskins

This week we played in slightly damp weather and it was the second round of our Strokeplay Championship.  We had a tie for the championship between Rohanne Hancock and Jacqui Crossfield, so we required a countback.   I am pleased to announce that Rohanne was declared the winner, with Jacqui runner up.  Both will represent our club at the Champion of Champions to be held in November.   Well done ladies and good luck for the Champion of Champions.

We also ran a haggle on the day and the winners were - Rohanne Hancock; Yvonne Hoskins; Jacqui Crossfield; Astrid Martin; Dianne Mahoney; Robyn Lamborn, with Trish Frecklington and Jacqui Kerr winning a golf ball each.

Next Thursday is our annual tournament day, so I have asked for fingers crossed for a fine day.

Thanks to: Barfoot and Thompson, Fresh Choice, The Greengrocer.
